“What Can I Expect?”

A typical physical therapy progression begins with an exam and evaluation in your first session. This is where we discover what is going on and make our plan for how to improve it and achieve your goals.

Follow up sessions will consist of treatment to address those goals, which will vary depending on what we are treating and if you are virtual or in person.

Sessions are typically somewhere between 30-60 minutes.

The length of time someone is in therapy varies greatly, but is usually about 1-2 months.

During this time we will develop a home program for you, enabling you to take control of your recovery! We will regularly assess progress toward your goals, and by the end, make sure you feel confident in your recovery and ability to get back to what you love!
